General Questions

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Website/ Logo/ Branding Designs:

We accept all major credit/debit cards payment. We however do NOT accept any Paypal or Cash App payments. Payment plan options are available for only the packages that are priced at $1200 or more. For payment plan options please submit us a email at info@sincereimpressions.biz (put “Payment Plan Inquiry” in subject line and explain the need for a payment plan in the body of the message.

Please note that passwords and ownership of site will not be transferred to client until full payment has been received. 

 

Memorial Design Services:

We accept all major credit/debit cards payment. We however do NOT accept any Paypal or Cash App payments. Customer will receive an invoice to pay online. If working with a funeral home we will accept checks from the funeral home only. Unfornately, we are not accepting any financing plans for memorial designs. 

TURNAROUND TIME?

Web Design: 14-30 days
Logo Design: 7- 10 days
Branding Gold Package – 14-45 days

Memorial Services: We offer same day service Monday – Friday. All information must be received by 10:00am for same day services. Prices will vary based on alloted time. A rush fee may apply.

WHAT TYPE OF FILES ARE PROVIDED FOR LOGO DESIGNS?

We are able to send almost every file you may need for your logo. The typical files requested are JPG, PNG, PDF, or EPS/Vector/AI. Files can be sent via email, Google Drive or flash drive(at client’s expense). We recommend to let your designer know if you are interested in any other type of file other than those listed above to be sure we are able to provide it to you.

IS THIS A WIX OR SHOPIFY SITE?

Although we are very capable of creating your website on any platform we are currently not using Wix or Shopify. We find that the other options that we are using for web hosting and domains provide our customers with premium security, design, and options. If your preference is Wix or Shopify only then please let your designer know. Prices will very based on the cost of the other hosting/domain companies.

I DON'T HAVE MY PHOTOS & WORDING YET...CAN I STILL START THE PROCESS?

Absolutely, we understand how hard it is to choose colors, images and other details for your brand but don’t let that hold you back from having your consultation. Part of your consultation is helping direct you through the branding process. Your designer will let you know what is all needed to start the process. However, keep in mind that the turnaround time is based on you having your images and wording ready for the designer. Time will be altered according to each circumstance.

REFUND/CANCELLATIONS POLICY

We understand that sometimes a business’ budget or ideas of the direction of the company may change. So we have adopted a simple process for cancellations.

All deposits are final and will not be refunded. Completed projects are also non-refundable.

Options are as follows:

1. Customer holds project until a later date without cancellation or refund. This allows the customer time to obtain funds. Please understand that the designers are not required to design while project is in “hold” status. Customer is required to email info@sincereimpressions.biz to request/cancel project holds.

2. If design process has not been completed and the customer or designer has decided to discontinue the efforts of completing the project then a prorated refund may be provided to the customer. Deposits are non-refundable. Customer waives the rights to keep the designs that the designer has started. Sincere Impressions reserves the right to delete any projects that have not been fully paid for. Customer will be given rights to the purchased domain and hosting so that they may be able to use it in the future only if the designer has set up the domain and hosting for the website (no refund of the hosting or domain allowed). If customer decides to continue with services at a later date after a refund has been processed, then the process will have to start from the beginning and current pricing will apply.

HOW DO I COPYRIGHT MY DESIGNS?

We recommend our clients to contact a lawyer that specializes in trademarks and copyright processing. As for Sincere Impressions we do not offer trademark or copyright validation, but we offer the following:

Logos:
You will receive a certificate of design completion stating we have no interest in copyright ownership of your logo designs.

Websites:
All websites will be given to the clients for ownership. Clients are free to change passwords or make adjustments to their sites as they see fit. However, if the client is paying for maintenance or has free maintenance scheduled for the website then Sincere Impressions is required to have access to the site in order to fulfill maintenance obligations based on the agreement. Sincere Impressions is not liable for any changes made to the website per customers’ making changes to the site on their own.

Branding:
All branding logos, fonts and other key design that identify your company will be sent in a certification of design document. We also provide hex codes for colors and names of fonts used.

DO YOU OFFER TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT OR COMPANY INCORPORATION SERVICES?

No, we do not offer these services. We recommend our customers to contact a lawyer that specializes in trademarks, incoporation and copyright processing. At this time we do not offer referrals for this process.
